🌀 Automated Push Channel
The Challenge
In my team, booking ad campaigns used to be pretty manual. Once a planner approved an order, they’d ping me or another account manager on Slack or Teams saying something like:
"Hey Xavier, this is ready to push."
That message might come during a meeting, after hours, or simply get buried - creating delays in pushing campaigns to the ad server. Those delays affected pacing, revenue, and cross-team alignment. It wasn't sustainable.
The Solution
So I built the Automated Push Channel, a real-time system that connects Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Copilot. Instead of waiting on tags or DMs, the workflow now triggers instant alerts the moment a campaign is booked - personalized with all key details: campaign name, order ID, budget, flight dates, and booking status.
Copilot adds a smart summary in natural language, and team members can quickly confirm via emoji or comment - no need for back-and-forth. Every campaign push is tracked, visible, and automated.
The Impact
What started as a workaround evolved into a scalable solution adopted across pods. It eliminated delays, reduced errors, and freed up time for actual strategy. The shift from reactive to real-time coordination has reshaped how we work - and set a new standard for operational excellence.

- Designed and built the automation using Microsoft Power Automate

- Drove adoption across multiple pods through walkthroughs and async documentation
